THE SARAH IVES GORE CHILD CARE CENTER
Williamsburg Campus Child Care is housed in the specifically designed 6,500 sq. ft. Sarah Ives Gore Child Care Center which is located on a quiet, wooded lot away from the main road. The building and grounds are maintained by William & Mary Facilities and Maintenance.
The Center contains seven classrooms, a large multi-purpose room, kitchen, offices, and outdoor playgrounds.
OUTDOOR PLAY
Each classroom leads directly to our fenced playground areas to encourage outdoor play and learning. WCCC has two playgrounds - one for infants and toddlers and the other for preschoolers & Pre-K students. These spaces provide generous area for teacher-led enrichment activities, free-play with toys and sandboxes, as well as space for water play in the summer.
PARKING & SECURITY
Designated short-term parking is available directly next to the Center for easy drop-off and pick-up.
The building is secured by cameras and card access. Parents and caregivers who do not already have William & Mary ID cards will be assigned cards for entrance to the facility.
